BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Many cars (but particularly electrics) come with different tire sizes and ratings from the factory. It’s imperative that replacements are fitment matched, and we can’t always predict what tires your vehicle has on it now (including variance front to back) before you come in for installation.
When you reach out for tire pricing, we may ask you for additional information. Here’s what to do!
STEP 1
Find the sticker for “Tire and Loading Information” on your driver’s door jamb:
The sticker will look like this:
Take a picture of the sticker and text it to our shop number at 415-875-9030
STEP 2 (Optional)
If you’re replacing all 4 tires, the pic from Step 1 is sufficient. However, if you need us to match tires already on the car (for example, two new tires to match the remaining two not being replaced) we may need a picture of the tire to be matched.
Similarly, if you only need one tire, we need a picture of the opposite side tire so we can match the replacement.
In all cases, take a picture of the ENTIRE tire so we can see brand, model, tire size, and speed rating, such as:
In case the photo doesn’t have sufficient resolution, take a SECOND PHOTO of the sidewall with the size and speed rating, with the information you see here:

We will source the replacement tires and send you the quotes with different pricing and treadlife warranty options, for you to review and approve in advance. Then we’ll order the tires and have them ready to install for your appointment!
