This month we had a 2018 Tesla Model S that lost its cooling capacity in the passenger cabin and had multiple onboard alerts. We were able to diagnose between off-board A/C equipment and Tesla’s service mode cooling analysis. Being able to do this type of diagnosis is not simple since information regarding Tesla service and repair is not widely accessible and known at this time.
